"Professional, but a bit slow"
They were professional, I’ll say that, but slow kinda the whole process felt. Not a bad experience, just took longer than I expected.

"Good tech team, just a little slow sometimes"
I worked with Stratelabs on a technical setup that I was a little nervous about at first. Once we got into it, though, it was clear they knew their stuff. They walked me through the tricky parts without making it sound overly complicated, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful.
The only thing that kept it from being a full 5-star experience was that a couple of replies took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I did find myself waiting around once or twice. Still, by the end, everything was handled well, and I felt like I was in good hands with a team that really understands the technical side.

I don’t have a lot of patience for tools that make me sit around figuring everything out, so I was glad stratelabs was straightforward. I didn’t need much help getting started, and everything worked smoothly enough for what I needed.

"Felt a Bit Rushed"
The work was okay overall, but I was a little frustrated because a few details got missed. I had to point out small mistakes more than once, which started to wear on my patience. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it did feel kind of rushed compared to what I was expecting

We worked with Stratelabs on our project, and overall it was a really smooth experience. They helped us stay organized and kept things moving on time, which made a big difference. Communication was easy too, and they checked in without turning everything into a long complicated process. There were a couple of small changes along the way that could’ve been a bit annoying, but they handled them well and it never became a big deal. I’d definitely say it was a positive experience...
"The delays really tested my patience"
I had an alright experience with Stratelabs overall, but the delivery time got on my nerves. I was told one thing and then ended up waiting longer than expected, with barely any clear updates in between. I don’t mind waiting a little, but sitting around wondering what’s going on is frustrating.
The final result wasn’t bad, so I can’t say the whole thing was a disaster. But the lateness made it hard for me to feel confident about using them again. If they can get their timing under control and communicate better, I think the experience would be a lot easier to deal with.

"Got It Sorted"
Had a bit of an issue at first, but it got sorted in the end. Relieved it was Dealt with without too much hassle.

The site seemed decent when I first landed on it, and I was kind of ready to give it a chance. Then suddenly I was like, wait, who’s actually behind this and how does any of this work? I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. Maybe it’s all there somewhere, but for me, if I have to dig that hard, I start losing trust fast.

"Wanted to love the support, but it was disappointing"
I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I really expected better when I reached out for help. Unfortunately, the support took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, it didn’t really solve much. I still like the brand overall, but this experience definitely made me question that loyalty a bit

"Easy to talk to and kept things clear"
I was happy with the communication. I don’t know how it usually goes with this kind of thing, but they explained what I needed to know in a way that actually made sense and didn’t overcomplicate it. Replies came back fast enough, and I wasn’t left guessing what was happening. No endless back and forth or vague answers, which made the whole thing feel easy...

A friend of mine had mentioned this service to me before, so I decided to give it a try. Overall, it was a good experience. Some of the replies took a little longer than I expected, but they were helpful once they got back to me and managed to sort everything out without much hassle

"Pretty good, but took some figuring out"
I ended up trying stratelabs.is mostly because I wanted more customization, since I’d been messing around with my setup one evening after dinner and got annoyed with how rigid my old option was. Overall, it does work, and I was able to change most of the things I needed. A few parts felt a little limited though, and some settings weren’t super obvious at first. I probably spent more time clicking around than I expected. Not a bad experience at all, I just wish it gave you a bit more flexibility in certain spots

"Pretty creative, honestly a nice surprise"
I worked with Stratelabs and overall it was a really good experience. They were easy to talk to and brought in ideas that actually felt fresh, not like something copied from a template. I had some rough thoughts going in, and they somehow turned them into something way better than I expected. I mean, it was just solid, nothing too dramatic, but also kind of impressive. I’d use them again.

"Good idea, but the execution was frustrating"
I’ll be honest, the concept sounded totally fine at first, so I’m not just trying to complain for no reason. But the actual implementation was rough. A lot of things didn’t work the way they were supposed to, and getting fixes took way longer than it should have. It really felt like it hadn’t been properly tested before being handed over. I ended up having to follow up on basic stuff myself, which was frustrating because that really shouldn’t have been on me

"Pretty trustworthy overall"
I wasnt totally sure about it at first, but the site ended up feeling legit and the info matched what I was looking for. Nothing seemed off, and there werent any weird surprises. Everything was easy to understand. Im giving it 4 stars because Id still like to see a little more detail upfront, but overall it feels trustworthy to me.

"Easy choice, no regrets"
I had a really solid experience with Stratelabs. The site was simple to figure out, if something works the way I expect right away, I take that as a good sign. Support got back to me quickly too, which always makes me trust a company more. No real issues came up, so in my mind it checks the important boxes. I’m happy with it.

I did get some strategic guidance from it, but most of it felt basic. It also took a while to get clear answers, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating. I can see how it might be helpful for someone else, but for what I paid, I expected more. Personally, I wouldn’t choose it again.

"Super quick replies"
I had a couple of questions before trying out stratelabs.is, and I figured I’d be waiting a while, but they got back to me really fast.
The answers actually made sense too, which I appreciated. It didn’t feel like a canned response or one of those “thanks for reaching out” replies that doesn’t really say anything. They answered what I asked, so… yeah, that helped.
Overall it was a smooth experience. I mostly just care that support is there when I need it, especially before committing to something, and in this case they were quick and clear.
